The odyssey of the brazilian penguins

This july coming back from Brazil I told in this post how many penguins I've unexpectedly found in the warm waters of Ilhabela, a wonderful island near Sao Paolo. In the meanwhile the media all over the world spread the news of the penguins arriving as far as Rio de Janeiro. Something really unusual for the magellanic penguins which are used to migrate along the atlantic southamerican coast but absolutely not so north. The scientists were and stil are confused about this unusual migration and a lack of food in their usual feeding waters or in an anomalous current that led them too north, both of them are probably consequencies of the global warming. The news is that the penguins haven't stopped in the meanwhile and they have arrived as far as Bahia and even to Recife that means that they have reached almost the equator after a journey of more than 3000 miles. Obviously many penguins are dead and the others are in great danger due to the extreme fatigue and to the excessive warmth of the waters. Brazilian authoritis have therefore decided to transport these animals with navy airplanes and ships back to the south. In the following pictures you can see the penguins loaded on a brazilian navy ship:

The following pictures instead show the release in the sea of some other penguins after having been transported by airplane:
