In the bay of Manila, Philippines, a group of fishermen have demonstrated against President Gloria Arroyo for the agreement she signed with Chinese authorities that gives to the latters the rights for offshore drilling on Spratly island. The bizarre part of the story was that the whole manifestation was quite unusually set in the water.
