2008 Wildlife Photographer of the Year

The Wildlife Photographer of the Year is a competition organized by the Natural History Museum of London and BBC Wildlife Magazine. On 30th October the winners of 2008 edition have been announced. As usual the prized pictures are absoultely amazing and I'm pretty happy that the majority of them is related to water, snow or animals leaving in these elements that means exactly the perfect subject for this blog!
The following are the overall winner and some of the category winners (with pictures related to water). Don't forget to go to the official site for more info, to see all the other photo and.. why not? to sign up for the next edition!
